Tony Chen, currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs at Taobao&Tmall Group, is responsible for leading the group's foreign affairs efforts, supporting business units such as Tmall Global, Fast Fashion, and Tmall Apparel in public affairs. With extensive experience in cross-border e-commerce policies and practices, he facilitates the communication and cooperation between Taobao and Tmall Group and numerous foreign embassies and consulates in China, as well as commercial organizations, aiding overseas brands in conducting various marketing activities through the Taobao and Tmall platforms to expand their presence in the Chinese market. As a representative of Taobao and Tmall Group, he has participated in significant events including the China International Import Expo, the China International Fair for Trade in Services, and the Global Digital Trade Expo, among others.

陈畅言现任淘天集团公共事务总监，牵头负责集团外事工作，支持天猫国际、快时尚、天猫服饰等业务单元的公共事务。长期从事跨境电商政策与实务研究，对电商领域有丰富经验，协调淘天集团与诸多外国驻华使领馆、商务机构间的交流与合作，支持海外品牌通过淘宝天猫平台开展各类营销活动，拓展中国市场。代表淘天集团多次参加中国国际进口博览会、中国国际服务贸易交易会、全球数字贸易博览会等。
