BROMPTON CHINA Country Manager

Graduated from Xi'an International Studies University and obtained an MBA in International Business Administration from Fudan University and the University of Hong Kong.

From 2018 to 2024, Andy held the position of country manager of BROMPTON in China. During this tenure, he comprehensively optimized the omni-channel sales network of BROMPTON, enhanced the construction of the community ecosystem, and successfully established over 20 BROMPTON Junction stores. This led to a twenty-fold increase in the sales of BROMPTON in China, making China the largest market for BROMPTON worldwide.

Prior to joining BROMPTON, Andy was long engaged in international trade in Eastern European countries such as Romania and Hungary. During this period, he established the OEM supply chain of related domestic products and local distribution channels in several Eastern European countries, pioneering the introduction of China's new retail concept to the Eastern European market. After returning to China, he successively joined the Swatch Group and Steinway Piano Company, assisting multiple luxury brands in achieving rapid growth in the Chinese business and thereby accumulating rich experience in the operation and retail market management of luxury brands.

With his professional background and impressive performance, Andy demonstrated extraordinary talent, his leadership and innovative thinking have made him an outstanding leader of BROMPTON in China and made remarkable contributions to the success of this British brand in Asia.

毕业于西安外语大学,并获得复旦大学香港大学国际工商管理硕士学位。

于2018年至2023年期间担任BROMPTON中国区总经理。任职期间,全面优化了BROMPTON全渠道销售网络,加强社群生态建设,并成功开设了超过10家BROMPTON Junction品牌直营店,实现了BROMPTON中国市场销量20倍的增长,让中国成为BROMPTON全球最大的市场。

在加入BROMPTON之前,段旭于罗马尼亚和匈牙利等东欧国家长期从事国际贸易工作。期间建立了国内相关产品的OEM供应链,并在数个东欧国家建立了本土分销渠道,将中国的新零售概念率先引进东欧市场。回国后,先后加入斯沃琪集团及施坦威钢琴公司,帮助多个奢侈品品牌在华业务实现快速增长,并由此积累了丰富的奢侈品品牌的运营及零售市场管理经验。
